Now both of them were in pain as this exercise is good for only some seconds but now it's been 1 minute for them to be in the same position...

Both of them got up and stood straight while holding their hands as it was paining...

A.Sky : agent Florida hum dusre cadets ko train karte hai tab tak tum log waha camp mai training karo and agent Qayamat follow all the orders of agent Florida...hum aate rahenge check karne...

Karishma started Climbing the stairs and within 30 minutes she brought the 20 flags down...

Karishma started doing this exercise as the ground was very big she took 40 minutes to complete the exercise

AQ : ji ( in mind - ab bohot ho gaya pichle 2 ghante se lagatar kar rahe hai ek bhi break nhi mila kab khatam hoga yeh lekin kuch ke bhi nhi sakte obiviously ye training hume jo force join karne pe mili thi usse hard he hogi agent ban ne ke trainig jo hai ) 

Karishma was very tired and full of sweat and her body was paining due to her constant exercise...but she agreed to do more exercise as want to become an agent...She started doing the exercise after 20 minutes haseena asked her to stop...and gave 15 minutes break after seeing her condition of Karishma...

AF : 15 minute ka break le lo kafi samay se tum exercise kar rahi ho 

After this, she did more than 5 exercises and then they stopped and went into the cabin for a discussion of further plans...
